Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts owns and operates 52 hotels and resorts across Asia and the Middle East, with new developments underway in our existing markets, as well as Europe and North America.

Our activities are divided across three companies:

Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability, the principal activity of the Company is investment holding.

The principal activities of the Company's subsidiaries are the ownership and operation of hotels and associated properties and the provision of hotel management and related services.

Incorporated in Malaysia with limited liability, the group of Shangri-La Hotels (Malaysia) Berhad is engaged in the operation of hotels and beach resorts, a golf course and clubhouse, property management and investment and commercial laundry.

The principal activities of the Company are investment holding and the operation of a beach resort.

Incorporated in Thailand with limited liability, the principal activities of the Company are those of a hotelier which provide lodging, food and beverage services, facilities for conferences and functions and other services and facilities in connection with hotel business and investment holding.
